Developers can provide shopping guide for VIP buyers and users via mobile terminals, buy VIP special offer commodities based on buyer tools on third party platforms, or provide services aming at the ISV. Please create Buyer Mobile APP based on universal APP access flow.

I. Access Rules

- To create Buyer Mobile APP, it is required to register to be a VOP developer.

- The developer is required to observe “APP Service Review Specifications”.

II. Mobile APP Access Flow

Step 1: enter console

Step 2: create APP

Step 3: fill APP information

As for APP Label, you have to choose Buyer-Mobile APP

Step 4: succeed in APP creation

Step 5: enter APP details

Step 6: submit APP for launch review

Before submitting APP for review, the developer has to be authenticated first! After the APP is submitted for review, basic APP information is unchangeable during the review.
